World Studio Berlin
In 2019, WEBEREI HAMBURG is commissioned to build a giant loom in Flying8 construction for the Weltstudio at the Humboldt Forum, Berlin. It is part of a visitor activity room. Everyone can answer different questions at the "Great Humboldt" loom, which is 9m long, 3m high and 3m wide and has a total of 4 workstations, by weaving in corresponding colors or materials.
The special feature of this large loom is that the fabric does not wind up at the bottom, but is pulled out long to the rear.

Andreas Möller has been teaching FLYING8 weaving worldwide for years. From Finland to Botswana, from Peru to East India, in the Alps, in the Andes and in the Himalayas, Andreas Möller builds FLYING8 looms with weavers on site and teaches how to use them.
